We've now been in our new place for a few weeks now, in Le Perroux sur Marne. It's been great! We didn't have any furniture or appliances at first so it was a bit like camping at first, but things are starting to come together now. We have a couch, some chairs and a bed as well as a new fridge, washing machine, and oven too. After a few coats of paint it looks a lot better.
We repainted the living room a similar light blue than what was there, so it's a little lighter and less smoky.
We haven't done much with the bathroom or balcony yet, but they look pretty good already.

Looks roomy, and on the ground floor. How big is the building?
ReplyDeleteSorry, we're on the '2nd' floor if you mean American levels. So we go up one flight, but there's an elevator. We think maybe 6 apartments on each floor and three floors.
