A Little DIY

 We have quite a few home improvement projects going right now, but a few have been finished enough to show you.

  First, something we probably won't use for a few months as we're headed into winter, but still cute. I got these pots for free and gave them a little facelift with some paint. Ready to go now come spring.

This mirror we also got for free and decided it needed a new life. Enter some white paint. Now we just haven't figured out quite where to hang it...

We managed to find some more fun knobs for the dressers too!

Now this little find was at a town 'brocante', or garage sale last week. We added a knob and voila, a bed side table is made. 

And last, what is so far our proudest accomplishment. I sawed off a piece of a pallet from work that a delivery came on, then Paul gave it a little sanding and drilled some holes. We then added some hooks I've had for years that a roommate was throwing away, and voila, our new towel rack! The only cost will be for some nails long enough to anchor it into the bathroom wall.
