Every year Paul goes to a pastor's conference in Evian, near the Swiss border. It takes place at a conference center up on a hill above town overlooking Lake Geneva and the Swiss Alps. Not a bad view for a few days!
We tagged along and got to have mommy-daughter time while Paul was in meetings during the morning and evening. Even though the weather was chilly, the sun was shining enough that we could hang out in the park or down by the lake and just relax.
We took her scooter down to a walkway along the lake and stopped to watch some swans building nests and laying eggs!
This town is where they bottle the famous Evian water. There are fountains around the town, and we stopped at the official fountain where people come all day to fill up their jugs and bottles for free. The girls preferred to splash the fountain instead of drinking it! :)
